Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery fee

All goods  are delivered to customers in the form of SF Express, and the customer is responsible for the delivery fee. Generally, the local shipping fee of Hong Kong for reference: 1Kg as an example, it is HK$30. (Please refer to the SF Express website for shipping details)

  1. After confirming the order, we will send the product as soon as possible, usually 2-3 days after confirming the order. If there is a public holiday, there will be a slight delay, please forgive us.
  2. After the order is sent, all information cannot be changed. Please ensure all the information is correct before confirming payment.
  3. If the product is fragile, we will provide packaging to ensure safety. In the unfortunate event that the product is damaged during delivery, please contact the delivery company.
  4. In order to avoid loss of goods, all delivery items of the company are sent by express or registered mail (or smart locker). All shipments have tracking numbers and customers can track their order for safety.

  1. Igloo Smart reserves the right to change the terms of any delivery policy . In case of any disputes, Igloo Smart reserves the right of final decision.
