Return & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely stratified with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
- All items are non-refundable after payment has been made, but customer could request for exchange of product within 14 days since they have received the products.In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You have the receipt or email confirmation of proof of purchase
- Products can be exchanged provided that the product(s) is in original condition with complete packaging.
- Igloo Smart Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Customer shall be responded for the delivery cost and the risk of returning the Goods to us.
- If the customer transfers the account incorrectly, the excess amount can only be transferred to the points for next purchase. If the customer insists on a refund, a $50 administrative fee will be charged each time. It is recommended the customers ensure the amount to be transferred beforehand.
